MSN Messanger sucks because you use the version put out by MSN.  That puts you at their mercy for server downtimes, updates, and all the stupid shit they decide to slap onto it for you to stare at.
And the list is, and has been for a little over a year now, offering free e-mail accounts (POP3, IMAP4, and Webmail), banner and add free.  And because we control the webmail, it looks however we want (currently going with a Hotmail-like interface for those who are familiar with it).  Nice thing with this offer, is you have a choice of mail domains... creedlisters, debbir.com (guaranteed to NEVER error out on the mailing list, and also receives a post in less than a second, so no waits), isyourgod.com, and 12-stones.cjb.net.
And writing a slam about Yahoo isn't exactly bold... it's rather well known that Yahoo is slowly squeezing out it's free services, and you can read slams about it pretty much anywhere.  But with those big places, it's not about customer satisfaction, it's about getting what you pay for.

Subject: [ Creed Discuss ] Re: NCR-Yahoo Email

I have a Yahoo email address, and I haven't had too many problems.  MSN Messenger (slightly off topic, but oh well) on the other hand, sucks for me, and always kicks me off for maitenence (sp?) or for no reason at all.  Anyway, if anyone has problems with Yahoo email accounts, I suggest trying out http://email.myway.com.  It is a free email server, similar to Yahoo, but has absolutely NO ADS!!!  The pages load in about 3 seconds or less.  Plus, you can set backgrounds and different text colors.  Not to mention, you can automatically transfer your address book from an external/POP account into your MyWay account.  The people who created it must be really fun and bold, as well, because they wrote an article called "Yahoo is Toast" and Yahoo retaliated....lol, it goes on, very amusing.  Try it out, people.  It's free, and you can always unsubscribe, so what's the risk?
